Sales Coordinator

Job Description: The Sales Coordinator will work under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the Sales Team Leader. The SC will help coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. The SC must ensure the adequacy of sales-related food materials. The SC will respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested, sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports, handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements, assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events and ensure adherence to laws and policies. Preferred experience: previous sales experience, fitness and personal training experience, and the willingness to grow with our company.

Prep Chef I

Job Description: The Prep Chef I will work under the supervision of the Executive Chef. The Prep Chef I will perform basic culinary duties to assist in the daily kitchen operations. The Prep Chefs are responsible for preparing food as directed by the Executive Chef, plating and portioning in an attractive way, and ensuring the quality and safety standards of each meal. Other duties include: storage and disposable of food, recording supply use, clean and prepare station, food preparation, and maintain sanitation standards.

Prep Chef II

Job Description: The Prep Chef II will work under the supervision of the Executive Chef. The Prep Chef II will perform intermediate culinary duties to assist in the daily kitchen operations. The Prep Chefs are responsible for preparing food as directed by the Executive Chef, plating and portioning in an attractive way, and ensuring the quality and safety standards of each meal. Other duties include: storage and disposable of food, testing recipes, recording supply use, clean and prepare station, food preparation, and maintain sanitation standards.

Other duties include: training staff, storage and disposable of food, testing recipes, recording supply use, clean and prepare station, food preparation, and maintain sanitation standards.

Culinary Assistant

Job Description: The Culinary Assistant will work under the supervision of the Executive Chef. The Culinary Assistant will be the vital part of the team to help maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen. The Culinary Assistant will perform some basic culinary duties as needed by the Executive Chef. Other duties include: storage and disposable of food, recording supply use, and maintain sanitation standards.

Job Description: The Sous Chef will work under the supervision of the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will help supervise daily kitchen operations and some team members. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef with managerial functions and meal planning. The Sous Chef will perform advance culinary duties to assist in the daily kitchen operations. The Sous Chef is responsible for preparing food as directed by the Executive Chef, plating and portioning in an attractive way, and ensuring the quality and safety standards of each meal. The Sous Chef will assist in the coordination of daily order counts, tracking orders, delivery services and communicating with customers. Other duties include: training staff, storage and disposable of food, testing recipes, recording supply use, clean and prepare station, food preparation, and maintain sanitation standards. 

Marketing Coordinator (Internship)

Job Description: The Marketing Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the business marketing plan and execution as directed by the Chief Executive Officer. Other duties include: asset mapping, community and corporate engagement, event planning, social media development, and PR related functions.

Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: The Customer Service Assistant  will work under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer. The Customer Service Assistant is the face and vital part of the business. The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, create and gather information for client chart, coordinating customer orders with the kitchen team, answering questions, following up with new and current clients, and administer surveys, Other duties include: maintain the cleanliness and professionalism in front house, report any customer dissatisfaction to the Chief Operations Officer, assist with bagging and labeling plates, and other customer service functions.
