Our Portioning Programs

Do not freak out! It's our job to make this process easier for you. Choosing a program plan basically means choosing how big you want your portions. We have 3 programs:

Lean Fix Program

  • Primary Goal: To lose weight
  • Calories: 250-450 / Protein 35% Carb 40% Fat 25%

Fit Program

  • Primary Goal: To tone up
  • Calories: 600-850 / Protein 30% Carb 40% Fat 30%

Beast Body Program

  • Primary Goal: To build muscle
  • Calories: 1000 - 1500 / Protein 30% Carb 45% Fat 25%

You have two options to choose from:

Option 1.) Weekly Meal Prep Special

Save money and time by choosing 7 delicious meals from our annually set weekly menu. We create meals you wouldn't believe are healthy. The goal behind this menu is  you can mix and match your order however you like. 

Option 2.) Daily and Clean Eating Menu

Aside from the weekly meal prep special, this menu serves as a super healthy alternative. This menu is super clean. You can customize your meat, carbs and vegetable to your liking. There must be a minimum of 5 orders to proceed.

Pick up or Delivery

Pick up

Pick up is on Sunday evening at 7:00pm-8:30pm at our store 9811 W. Markham, Little Rock, AR 72205


Delivery services begin Sunday evening after pick up, Monday morning from 5:30am - 12pm and Monday evening from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Delivery locations include: Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Conway, Greenbrier, Vilonia, Cabot, Bryant, and Benton.
